Return & Refund Policy

Order Shipped To India Address:

We primarily want you to be happy, but if there's a problem, please let us know. You have the option of returning the item and placing a new order for a different size, color, or style.

If any of the items you ordered from us is delivered broken, defective, or not in good condition, or if the product is not what you ordered, you have the option of returning it. When returning an item, it must be unopened, in the exact condition that you received it, with all of its tags and original packing.

Within 7 days of the day these goods were delivered, you may return the merchandise.

Return Process

1: Contact our customer service within 7 days of your order's delivery date*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

*When you receive an email from Mesmerro entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Mesmerro," your order has been shipped.

2: Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the complete Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible. Return shipping fee will not be refunded.

3: Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3-5 working days. Once your return is confirmed & inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your Mesmerro account. The amount returned to your Mesmerro account will be validated 180 days from the credit date.

*Please note that all the returns, customers need to pay for the cost of shipment.
